Avon Skin So Soft Lotion is a day lotion for your skin that is made with natural ingredients. Original scent for dry to normal skin. 24 hour moisturizing. Dermatologist tested.
Each bottle is double bagged and factory sealed, to preserve the potency of the essential oils. Each bottle contains lavender, cedarwood, peppermint, Patchouli, Neroli, orange blossom, jasmine, rosewood, rose, sandalwood and ylang oils. There are no petroleum-based oils in this product.
If you have sensitive skin, you may want to avoid the lotions with preservatives. This product does contain natural oils from the Lavender family. Be sure to read the label carefully as some oils (like lavender and cedar) can be irritating or cause allergic reactions if used on the skin. If you know your skin’s sensitivity, test a small area first before using the entire lotion.
The product is supposed to make your skin softer than ever. The first time I used Avon’s So Soft Lotion, I thought my skin felt like velvet. The lotion was very slick and thin. It took some time to get used to my skin’s thickness and the way it glided onto my face. As soon as I got used to it, I saw how well it worked. My face felt softer and the creams dried out more quickly so I didn’t have to wait as long between applications.
While using the lotion, my face feels so smooth and soft it makes me want to use it all day. Even if I’m just taking a shower. It doesn’t seem to bother me that much. The smell of the lotion is very clean and flowery. The scent is not at all like the strong perfume my mother used to wear.
I like that it is oil free and hypoallergenic. The scent can be overpowering at times. At other times, when I’m relaxing or in a really quiet room, the fragrance is pleasant enough that I do not feel the need to spray it around all over. The natural scent also makes me think of something relaxing.
I love that this lotion goes on with my Avon makeup so I do not have to do extra steps to make my skin look great. I simply apply my foundation and powder and leave it on all night. That means no more cleaning off the makeup before getting dressed in the morning. All I have to do is put on my eye shadow and brush my teeth.
My favorite thing about the Avon Skin So Soft Lotion is that it feels light on my skin. It may be oil free, but that does not mean it is not luxurious. I often reach for this product when I feel like my skin needs a little relaxation. I find that it has a subtle beauty but one that still look great when I wear it.

It’s a perfect solution for all skin types.
Another great thing about the Avon Skin So Soft Lotion is that it leaves my skin feeling great. The lotion feels nice and goes on smoothly. It seems to absorb into my skin rather easily, making it last all day. Even though it is very moisturizing, I don’t feel that it clogs my pores. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel heavy at all. Overall, I love Avon’s products and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice lightweight lotion that won’t feel too heavy or oily.
