Online Brochure Access

Shop the current Avon catalog online and enjoy a seamless shopping experience. You can zoom in on products, get a closer look at details and add your favorites to your online cart for check out.

You can also use your personal eBrochure link to share with customers on social media and email. You can even include this link on your website to increase sales.

Your eBrochure can be updated easily and has superior quality to a printed brochure. You can change the text, pictures and links to keep it fresh and relevant.

You can use your eBrochure to reignite connections with customers who may have stopped ordering with you in the past. This will encourage them to come back and see what new items are available. You can also offer them an incentive like a free gift with purchase or a discount. They will thank you for your friendly reminder!

Mobile App Access

Avon ON makes it easy for Representatives to promote and manage their business anywhere, anytime. The app offers fast, secure access and is continually updated with exciting new features to support our beauty entrepreneurs.

The Avon ON app offers a variety of mobile friendly tools and resources to help you grow your business including a sharable brochure, latest product and promotions notifications, order placing, e-store ordering, top tip hub, training, and event calendar. It also includes a tool that allows Representatives to create their own personalized user generated content and share their authentic on-brand look.

Avon Connect offers bite sized learning that fits in with your lifestyle and is accessible through the Avon ON app or Rep website using single sign on functionality. The Avon ON app also allows you to access your content through the burger bun menu in the top left hand corner or search.

Online Ordering

You can have customers order your products online through your Avon eStore (online brochure). This is an advantage over direct delivery because the customer will receive special representative prices and free shipping offers when ordering with a rep.

When an order is placed through your eStore your earnings will be automatically deposited into your account within 2 days of the order shipping to the customer. You can view these orders in your Avon Web Office by clicking the “Orders” tab and then “Web Sales”.

It’s important to personalize your Avon eStore by adding your own photo. This will help your customers identify you as their rep and feel connected to you. It also helps to add a brief bio so that your customers can get to know you better! This will encourage them to continue shopping with you and refer you to their friends. You can upload a personal photo by clicking the pink pencil next to your name in your Avon eStore.

Customer Service

Customer service is a big part of being an Avon Representative. Many customers will come to you with questions about products that they may have purchased. It’s important to be honest & tell them what the product can and cannot do for them. It will make them respect you more if they know you are being genuine & not just trying to sell them something.

Another aspect of customer service that is offered through my avon is e-Z Returns. This is a great tool that allows reps to check on the status of returns, process credits and even print prepaid shipping labels.

It’s also a good idea for representatives to add their customers to their address book in the back office so that Avon can send them emails on their behalf. This will help keep customers engaged with their business even if they can’t always shop with them. To do this just navigate to Manage Your Business – Back Office – Address Book – Add Customer.
